Charles Reilly, the CEO of Ponderosa Solutions, founded our company in 2001. As the leader of Ponderosa Solutions, he actively engages with all employees, clients and potential clients, fostering communication about past, present and future projects. A native of Tulsa, OK, Charles’s favorite aspect of working for Ponderosa Solutions is the exceptional group of employees that contribute to the company’s success. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his dog, Bailey. Charles’s longstanding commitment and passion have played a significant role in shaping the success and positive culture at Ponderosa Solutions.

Montana native Brian Marler serves as the President of Ponderosa Solutions and has led the company for five years. As President, Brian oversees the daily operations of the company. His favorite part of working for Ponderosa Solutions is the company’s unwavering commitment to integrity and its client-focused mission. Outside of work, he finds joy in spending quality time with friends and family. Brian and his wife are kept busy by their energetic 11-year-old daughter.

For one year, Peggy Grady has served as the Controller at Ponderosa Solutions, using her expertise to oversee the company’s financial operations and manage its records. Originally from Northeastern Oklahoma, Peggy’s favorite aspect of the workplace is the people she works with every day. Outside of her job at Ponderosa Solutions, Peggy loves to spend time with her family members and pets.

Frank Paolucci serves as the Manager of Projects at Ponderosa Solutions, where he has been instrumental in overseeing the development of all company projects since February 2022. Hailing from Littleton, CO, Frank enjoys the challenges of trying to solve our customers’ unique problems, and any opportunity to get out of the office to put some dinks on his hard hat. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as pursuing hobbies like working on cars, hunting, fishing, golfing, skiing, and hiking.

Nate Johnson joined the Ponderosa Solutions team as the North Central Regional Manager this year. Hailing from Wisconsin, Nate manages transloading sites and railcars, drawing from his impressive background as a merchant sailor and extensive years in the railcar industry. His favorite aspect of working at Ponderosa Solutions is the camaraderie with his co-workers. Outside of work, Nate enjoys softball, outdoor activities, and quality time with his friends and family.

Kenzi Howard, a native of Sapulpa, OK, has been a vital part of Ponderosa Solutions since 2023. As our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist, she adeptly handles invoicing tasks and bills of lading. Kenzi appreciates the inviting workplace environment at Ponderosa Solutions, and when she’s not at work, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
