Montana native Brian Marler joined Ponderosa Solutions in 2018 and serves as Chief Executive Officer and President, providing strategic leadership while overseeing the company’s operations, growth initiatives, and long-term vision. Under his leadership, Ponderosa Solutions has continued to expand its capabilities while maintaining a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and client service.

Brian’s favorite part of Ponderosa Solutions is its unwavering dedication to doing business the right way and delivering exceptional value to its clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Brian and his wife stay busy keeping up with their energetic teenage daughter.

For one year, Peggy Grady has served as the Controller at Ponderosa Solutions, using her expertise to oversee the company’s financial operations and manage its records. Originally from Northeastern Oklahoma, Peggy’s favorite aspect of the workplace is the people she works with every day. Outside of her job at Ponderosa Solutions, Peggy loves to spend time with her family members and pets.

Oklahoma native Dillon Rind joined Ponderosa Solutions in 2023 and serves as Operations Manager. Dillon leads the company’s operational departments, providing leadership and strategic oversight for field operations, project execution, personnel management, fleet and equipment utilization, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

Dillon is responsible for aligning operational resources with customer requirements, driving efficiency across service lines, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. He works closely with customers, business partners, and field personnel to identify operational solutions, support business growth, and maintain operational excellence throughout the organization.

Drawing on his extensive experience in industrial operations, transportation logistics, environmental services, and regulatory compliance, Dillon plays a key role in advancing Ponderosa Solutions’ capabilities and delivering dependable results for customers across a wide range of industries.

Outside of work, Dillon enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters and pursuing outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and golf.

Kenzi Howard, a native of Sapulpa, OK, has been a vital part of Ponderosa Solutions since 2023. As our Staff Accountant, she adeptly handles invoicing tasks and bills of lading. Kenzi appreciates the inviting workplace environment at Ponderosa Solutions, and when she’s not at work, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.

Wisconsin native Nate Johnson joined Ponderosa Solutions in 2022 and serves as the St. Paul Terminal Manager, overseeing terminal operations, railcar logistics, and customer service activities at the facility. Drawing on his background as a merchant sailor and extensive experience in the rail industry, Nate is committed to ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations for customers and partners.

Nate values the strong team culture at Ponderosa Solutions and enjoys working alongside colleagues who share a commitment to excellence and problem-solving. Outside of work, he enjoys softball, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.

Roxanne Hunter is a proud Oklahoma native who values hard work, teamwork, and the core values that drive our organization. She is passionate about fostering collaboration and contributing to an efficient, productive workplace environment. Roxanne enjoys working closely with her team to support day-to-day operations and help ensure everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, camping, and being on the lake with her children and grandchildren.

Corey Blackwood, joins Ponderosa Solutions as the Terminal Manager of Rhode Island, with over a decade of operational management experience in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. Outside of work, Corey finds joy in spending quality time with friends and family. He is also very passionate about weightlifting and playing basketball.
